Development of Real Estates is our core business. As the developer of real estate our work scope includes the following;

  • We undertake to firstly dedicate ourselves in doing planning research and development (R&D) not only in relations to ‘constructing buildings’ but also on areas where opportunities to add value to space and people are pertinent. We source our primary and secondary data through our in-house team as well as outsourcing from local and international public and private institutions.
  • Following that we would initiate to acquire the opportunity by convincing the stake holders & clients involved through our comprehensive venture proposal. The proposal would be based on people, nature and technology in mind in tandem with our corporate mission and philosophies. In addition to that, we would incorporate creativity and innovations not only from our in-house resource people but also from our list of consortium groups as well as from the past experiences or our group.
  • We do not just commit to any real estate projects. Instead, we are more interested to develop real estate development that have some unique and special values and features. In short our touch is on ‘signature real estate development projects’.
  • Our relationship building exercise would encompass all those who are involved in the overall process of any particular real estate development initiatives in a very professional culture from initiation stage to acquiring the approval of the targeted development projects.
  • That is why we optimize leverage on networking. We work as team with our funders, project management consultants, architects, civil & structure engineers, mechanical & electrical engineers, quantity surveyors, all related government agencies as well as local leaders and communities.
  • Further to that we would consolidate our internal resources and external consortium groups who are related particularly where their niche expertise are required and subsequently mobilize the project as effectively and efficiently as possible.
  • In the implementation stage, we would abide to all standing rules and instructions of the government, local authorities, and contractual agreements with all related parties especially the funders and prime contractors and other relevant parties.
  • In the execution stage, we only select the best, credible and most reliable consultant, contractors and suppliers from home and abroad that gives us the most competitive advantage in terms of merit, pricing and value added services.
